Steve joined our company back in the 1980's and is now the president of both Glastonbury Southern Gage and AlphaQ Incorporated which is our sister company specializing in Aerospace manufacturing.

Steve's wealth of knowledge has help him direct us through challenging times in our history, guiding us to the position we now hold as the largest manufacturer of attribute gaging in the USA.

Phil Gronback

Director of Operations

Phil is responsible for the day to day operations in our CT facility and heads Engineering. He also heads Sales & Marketing and travels between plants for those duties. He joined GSG in 2015 and has 40 years in the manufacturing industry. Prior to joining GSG most of his career has be spent in Aerospace.

Brandi Rushing

Senior Accountant

Brandi has been at GSG-Tn for 5 years. Her responsibilities include entering daily deposits from both GSG-CT and GSG-TN, close month end for both locations, charge credit cards, entering exports -SEC# for shipping, handling all A/R for both locations, and back up for payroll.

Hobbies: Enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Bob has been with our company since 1976 and has over 46 years of experience in the gage industry. Over the years he has worn many hats which has helped him excel in estimating.

Plant Manager 

Gerald has been with GSG-Tn for 45 years. His responsibilities include managing GSG-Tn location, making sure everything is running smoothly, and meeting customers' requirements.

Randy has been with GSG-Tn for 40 years. His responsibilities include looking at our process in manufacturing and implementing ways to improve lead times and quality.

Hobbies: Spending time with family and friends and spoiling his grandchildren.

Cory has been with GSG-Tn for 14 years. His responsibilities include ensuring everyday flow in manufacturing.

Hobbies: enjoys spending the warm months on Kentucky Lake with family and friends. During the colder months he enjoys hunting and watching Tennessee Football. GO VOLS!

Racheal Stavely

Office Manager/Sales Manager

Racheal has been at GSG-Tn for 26 years. Her responsibilities include customer service, assisting with IT/software, monthly reports, and special projects.

Hobbies: Spending time with family and friends. Racheal also enjoys riding back roads and taking pictures of scenery and wildlife (usually involves a stop for ice cream).

Aaron has been with GSG-Tn for 6 years. His responsibilities include quality of product, tab equipment, lab audits, and customer returns.

Hobbies: Farming, golfing, and watching sports.

Mike Rose

Engineering Manager

Mike has been with GSG-Tn for 50 years. His responsibilities include processing, technical, special quotes, shop support, sales support, and quality support, and design.

Hobbies: Bowling, fruit trees, fishing, gardening, golf and cooking.

Daniel has been at GSG-Tn for 5 years. His responsibilities include designing thread gages to industry standards and technical support on thread gages.

Billy has been with GSG-Tn for 40 years. His responsibilities include quoting and customer service.

Hobbies: Playing BINGO and spending time with his grandchildren.

Kent has been with GSG-Tn for 62 years. His responsibilities include proof reading orders, quote prices for calibration orders, and finding status for customers' orders.

Hobbies: Traveling and going on cruises.

Susan has been with GSG-Tn for 7 years. Her responsibilities include payroll and employee relations.

Hobbies: Walking, biking, going on vacation, and spending time with family.

Sales Team Leader

Kayla (K1) has been with GSG-TN for 14 years. Her responsibilities include making delivery schedules, sales email, stock checks, and processing orders.

Hobbies: Attending her kid's sports functions and reading.

Kayla Dennis

Order Entry/Customer Service

Kayla (K2) has been at GSG-Tn for 13 years. Her responsibilities include checking emails, entering orders, changing/fixing orders, and stock checks.

Hobbies: Enjoys spending time with family, shopping, fishing, traveling, and being a fun boy mom!

Michele Moon

Order Entry/ Customer Service

Michele has been at GSG-Tn for 5 years. Her responsibilities include processing orders, stock check, and assisting customers with order questions.

Hobbies: Enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, working in the children's ministry at church, and baking.

Cindy Simpson

Purchasing

Cindy has been at GSG-Tn for 43 years. Her responsibilities include ordering supplies and martials to keep manufacturing running. She also creates thread certifications. 

Hobbies: loves traveling, eating good food, uplifting music, being with good loving people, playing Mexican Train Dominoes, beautiful artwork, and home improvements. 

Gracie Leslie

Marketing Assistant/Accounts Payable

Gracie has been with GSG-Tn for 2 years. Her responsibilities include entering invoices, weekly check runs, and assisting with marketing/ social media content.

Hobbies: Enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, watching college softball, and helping coach the local high school softball team.

Office Assistant/Customer Service

Allie has been at GSG-Tn for 2 years. Her responsibilities include filling paperwork, putting labels on work order travelers, follow-ups, and creating cylindrical certifications.
