Model 112E & 112M Our 112 mic masters that are available in both English and Metric versions are idea for ensuring your micrometers are always giving you the right results. Each unit is case hardened, stabilized and ground. All diameters are chrome plated for longevity and corrosion resistance and ground to a tolerance of ±.0001 or ±.0025mm.

ADM's The GSG ADM Depth Mic Masters come in both English & Metric versions. The two piece construction allows you to check depth micrometers with a range of .500" to 11.500" in standard or 12.5mm to 287mm in Metric. Each landing is divided into 1.00" or 25.4mm steps.

GSG CMM QuikChek's GSG QUIKCHEK is used to calibrate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). The QUIKCHEK provides an easy periodic check on the CMM to ensure it is within calibration and providing you with accurate readings. In addition it provides a more volumetric inspection of a CMM than the traditional ball bar.

GSG GeoChek GSG Geo Metric Chek masters are used to calibrate and set circular geometry systems. The master checks for perpendicularity (squarerness), parallelism, roundness and concentricity.

GSG Vernier Caliper Masters GSG Vernier masters are used to calibrate and set Vernier calipers. The master is superior to gage block calibration because they do require block stacks and therefore it is much faster to the inspect linear range of the tool. In addition they indicate wear on the caliper anvils because both the ID and OD jaws are inspected without additional setup.

Micrometer Masters GSG Micrometer masters are used to calibrate and set micrometers. The master is superior to gage block calibration because they do require block stacks and therefore it is much faster to inspect the linear range of the tool. In addition they indicate wear on the micrometer anvil because it replicates how the micrometer is used.

GSG Z Axis Chek Masters GSG Z Axis Chek masters are used to calibrate and set the z axis on optical measuring machines. The master is superior to gage block calibration because they do require block stacks and therefore it is much faster to inspect linear range of the machine.

DM-1 Micrometer Depth Check (DISCONTINUED) Manufactured in both Metric & Standard models. The GSG DM-1E & DM-1M is for calibrating depth mic's from .500 to 5.500" ±.0002 in 1.00" steps and from 12.5mm to 137.50mm ±.005mm in 25mm steps
