2. Proprietary Ownership & Purpose of Submission

All information, documentation, and data submitted within this form shall become the sole and exclusive property of Glastonbury Southern Gage, Inc. The sole purpose of requesting and collecting this information is to evaluate the Applicant’s qualifications and suitability to be granted distributor status, an authorized dealership, or a direct purchasing account to represent or acquire products, product lines, and services offered by Glastonbury Southern Gage, Inc.

3. Application Disclaimer & No Guarantee of Approval

Completion and submission of this application form by the Applicant does not constitute a contract, representation, or guarantee—express or implied—that the Applicant or their organization will be awarded a distributorship, dealership, or direct purchasing account with Glastonbury Southern Gage, Inc. The Company reserves the sole, absolute, and unfettered right to approve, reject, or conditionally evaluate any application at its discretion.

4. Credit Verification & Right of Evaluation

All submitted information will be utilized internally by Glastonbury Southern Gage, Inc. to assess commercial risk, financial stability, and operational capabilities. The Applicant acknowledges that extending distributor status or direct account terms is contingent upon satisfactory evaluation, which may include further credit verification, trade reference checks, and financial review.
